Title: Litigation Attorney

Compensation: Up To $215k Base + Bonus

Location: Dallas, TX

Type: Full-time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Litigation Associate with experience in complex litigation, business disputes, bankruptcy & restructuring.

Key Experience Areas:

Candidates should have demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:

Bankruptcy and Restructuring Litigation (preferred)
Real Estate and Lending Disputes
Employment Law Disputes
Breach of Contract
Breach of Fiduciary Duty
Trade Secret Theft
Intellectual Property Disputes

What We’re Looking For:

At least 4 years of experience as a litigation attorney.
A JD from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
