Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Worker in McElhattan, PA, where you will be part of a dynamic environment focusing on the manufacturing of truck lights and wire harnesses. Our facility is structured into three departments: Harness/Assembly, Molding, and Warehouse, providing a range of opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners to pull and box orders, label, pack, and run bagging machines.
• Operate pallet jacks, lift, and palletize products.
• Complete customer orders with precision and in a team setting.
• Read work orders, locate products on shelves, scan, and place them in plastic totes for labeling and shipping.
• Handle smaller, detail-oriented orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy without further checks.
• Operate forklifts and high-reach trucks after passing the necessary safety tests.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Teamwork skills.
• Computer skills for handling detailed orders.
• Safety awareness and forklift operation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• General labor experience.
• Warehouse pick/pack, assembly, and manufacturing skills.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Work Environment

Our facility offers a clean and organized environment ideal for small part manufacturing. Employees are expected to wear jeans, a t-shirt, and closed-toed shoes, with steel toes not required. We offer an incentive program in the Harness Department and robust benefits after the hire-on period. Our shifts are structured to provide work-life balance, with options for first, second, and third shifts.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MC ELHATTAN, Pennsylvania.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
